Job Description: GM / AVP Sales (LRM South)

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional/Zonal Sales Leadership
- Own and scale Sales & Business Development across Karnataka Tamil Nadu Telangana Andhra Pradesh and Kerala.
- Drive end-to-end sales strategy for LRM including merchant acquisition portfolio penetration and revenue expansion.
- Deliver monthly/quarterly sales productivity and growth targets.
2. Team Management (1000 Resource Funnel)
- Lead a multi-layer field sales structure including FOS TLs Channel Partners and outsourced teams.
- Build capacity mentor zonal/state leaders and ensure strong governance & performance tracking.
- Drive talent development capability building and team productivity improvement.
3. Distribution Expansion & Channel Management
- Scale regional distribution networks ensuring optimal coverage quality sourcing and sales efficiency.
- Manage partner ecosystems (DSAs Agencies Aggregators etc.) and ensure compliance and output.
- Develop high-performing sales channels aligned to lending and collection business objectives.
4. Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop sales strategies based on portfolio insights risk parameters and regional opportunities.
- Implement funnel management sales forecasting and productivity frameworks.
- Drive digital adoption automation and process adherence across all field teams.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Risk Lending Partners Collections and Central Sales teams to align strategy and execution.
- Support rollout of new products policies and performance improvement programs.
6. Compliance Governance & Risk
- Ensure full adherence to regulatory guidelines partner governance standards and audit frameworks.
- Drive ethical selling documentation accuracy and compliance-driven practices across the region.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1018 years of experience in Fintech / BFSI with strong exposure in Sales Distribution Lending or Field Operations.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale field sales operations (preferably 3000 workforce).
- Experience leading multi-state teams and driving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong analytical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to execute in fast-paced high-growth environments.
