The Role
You will support the HR Manager with recruitment compliance and employee administration ensuring the smooth running of all HR operations within the school.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Managing recruitment adverts applications and interview schedules
- Completing pre-employment checks including DBS references and ID verification
- Maintaining employee files and updating the MIS
- Supporting induction for new staff and managing probation paperwork
