Job Summary
A large improvement-focused 1118 secondary school on the outskirts of Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a committed Maths ECT to join its collaborative Mathematics department from January 2026. This role is ideal for someone who values strong pastoral support clear routines and a department with a proven record of developing early career teachers.
The Role
Youll teach Maths across KS3KS4 with the option to gradually take on Year 12 Core Maths or A-Level modules later in the year if you feel ready. The department follows a carefully sequenced mastery-informed curriculum built around fluency reasoning and real-world application.
