ECT Induction & Support
An assigned Induction Lead will oversee your ECF progress ensuring a smooth transition into professional practice. Support includes weekly mentor meetings and peer observation cycles within a faculty that prizes collaborative planning and research-led lesson study. You will also have full access to technical GIS training and environmental field-trip leadership coaching to enhance your practical teaching toolkit during your induction years.
