Youll handle critical workflows across payroll contracts documentation and people operations - removing friction tightening processes and freeing the Head of People to focus on strategic work.

Own payroll updates end-to-end ensuring all information is accurate and deadlines are hit every month.
Prepare and manage employment contracts and ensure a smooth timely workflow as the team continues to scale.
Keep all People documentation (Wiki internal guides playbooks) clean current and organised - making sure information lives where it should.
Manage and maintain our HRIS (Humaans) including chasing new joiners for missing data and keeping all records spotless.
Support with ad-hoc admin operational tasks across the People team - policies small automation tasks data requests and anything that removes friction from the business.
Spot patterns in recurring questions and update documentation so the organisation becomes more self-serve over time.
Protect the Head of Peoples bandwidth by ensuring critical tasks dont slip and information flows smoothly.
Help strengthen scalable efficient People Ops processes as Healf grows from 150 to 300 people and beyond.
