Main Mission
The Head of Sales Europe is responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy across all European offices. This role involves managing regional sales teams driving revenue growth ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a high-performance sales culture across the continent.
Responsibilities and Activities
- Define and implement the European sales strategy in alignment with global objectives and regional market dynamics.
- Lead and develop Country Sales Leads and their teams across multiple markets through coaching performance management and capability building.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure consistent sales processes tools and reporting across all European offices.
- Collaborate with marketing operations and product teams to support sales initiatives.
- Oversee forecasting budgeting and resource allocation for the European sales division.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business development efforts.
- Represent the European sales function in global leadership meetings.
- Manage mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable.
- Conduct regular team meetings training sessions and performance reviews.

Profile Required
Education: Business Marketing or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: 7 years in B2B sales preferably in experiential marketing events or technology sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of service business models and operational processes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics 365 Salesforce).
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Project management and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience in managing multi-country sales operations.
- Understanding of marketing technologies and event-based solutions.
Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making.
- Problem-solving and adaptability.
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English and other European language is a plus.
