The position

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist & Designer to join our team. This hybrid role combines strong design skills with a solid understanding of marketing strategy and execution. You will play a key role in developing visually compelling materials and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness engagement and growth.

Main accountabilities:

Your mission will be to execute & support the marcom activity & marketing campaigns.

Design marketing assets including brochures presentations social media content email templates communication materials and product sheets among others.
Work closely with Product Marketing and Communication teams to ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
Collaborate on the planning and execution of digital and offline campaigns (email marketing social media events web content).
Support the creation of landing pages banners and visuals for digital advertising.
Coordinate with external agencies printers or freelancers when needed.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal content libraries (templates icon sets brand guidelines).
Implement & use AI capabilities to easy & fast adapt the communication materials & marcom assets to the different countries & languages.

What we expect from you:

Graphic Design Marketing Communication or a related field.
Languages: Proficient professional English (written & spoken) & Spanish.
2 years of experience in a marketing and/or design role preferably with experience in project-based work or freelance assignments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop) and tools like Canva or Figma.
Experience with marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp) and social media scheduling tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design is a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
