Job Summary
Position: FX Country Manager
Location: Remote within Brazil
Employment Type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate and execute market strategies that support wider regional or organizational objectives.
- Seek out and develop new business opportunities to increase client acquisition and reinforce partner networks.
- Hire train and supervise a team establishing clear performance goals and measurable KPIs.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with partners affiliates and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments (such as Product Marketing and Compliance) to design and roll out customized campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators including revenue growth client engagement and partner participation.
- Maintain precise and current CRM system data and reporting tools.
- Represent the company at local events conferences and industry forums to boost brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English proficiency (C1 level) both written and spoken.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in business development sales or partnerships.
- Proven success in managing partner networks or affiliates at a regional or international level.
- Demonstrated leadership skills managing small to medium commercial teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering results.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation abilities.
