Descripción del puesto

• Execute trades and monitor positions during US market hours (11 AM 8 PM SPT).
• Conduct market research and analyze trends news and economic indicators to support trading decisions.
• Assist senior traders in refining trading strategies and risk management processes.
• Track and report trade activity and portfolio performance using dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with developers traders and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate trades.
• Maintain strict adherence to risk limits procedures and trading protocols.
• Stay informed on crypto markets DeFi innovations and relevant regulatory developments.

Requisitos

• 12 years of professional trading experience or a strong foundation in crypto trading concepts.
• Previous crypto trading experience is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of trading instruments (spot futures) funding rates and leverage.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to interpret market data.
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets or simple scripting for trade tracking; programming proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Willingness to work on-site and commit to structured training and mentorship.
• Flexible to work additional hours if required.
