As an HR Intern at Polestar you will support both the HR Business Partner for the Netherlands and the HR Business Partner for the Belgium. You will work across HR Operations Recruitment and People Development. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain broad HR experience within a fast-growing and innovative organization focused on sustainable mobility.
What youll do
HR Operations & Payroll
- Prepare payroll input and review payroll output
- Support with ING payments
- Monitor working hours and reintegration trajectories
IT & HR Systems
- Support IT onboarding for new colleagues
- Act as the first point of contact for local HR systems
- Process changes in Workday
Contract Management & HR Administration
- Draft employment contracts offer letters and amendment letters
- Organize and clean up internal HR folders and documentation
Onboarding Offboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate onboarding and support managers throughout the process
- Conduct exit interviews and follow up during offboarding
- Act as the first contact point for questions from the NL team
Recruitment & Talent Development
- Keep an overview of ongoing recruitment processes
- Attend candidate screenings and interviews
- Contribute to local HR improvement projects and long-term developments
- Support the local integration of PT26
Your profile
- Masters student in HR Psychology Business Administration or similar
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on eager to learn and communicative
- Interest in HR processes within an international and innovative environment
- Available for an internship of at least 3 months
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
