Job Summary
Your mission
As a Sustainability Office Intern you will be embedded in the heart of our cross-functional sustainability operations. You will contribute to initiatives that span the full breadth of our ESG commitments from DEI programme coordination to internal engagement campaigns and operational support across the SO team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the coordination of DEI initiatives awareness campaigns and solidarity actions
- Contributing to the preparation and follow-up of internal communications (newsletters Gazette Green event content)
- Assisting in the organisation of engagement events and training sessions (e.g. Fresque du Climat accessibility workshops)
- Participating in cross-functional meetings and helping maintain the SO operational rhythm
- Conducting research and benchmarking on emerging sustainability trends and best practices
Qualifications :
What were looking for
- Curious rigorous and eager to learn in a fast-paced purpose-driven setting
- Bachelors or Masters student in Business Management Sustainable Development Social Sciences or a related field
- Genuine interest in corporate sustainability DEI and responsible business practices
- Organised proactive and comfortable navigating a multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
