Tasks

What You Will Do

Conduct meaningful conversations that support individuals in reconnecting
with their direction and values

Identify individuals who align with a high-integrity leadership pathway
Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum 1015 hours per week)

Requirements

Qualifications

5 years of leadership experience or self-employment
High authenticity and emotional maturity
Strong self-direction and the ability to manage work-rest balance
Genuine interest in expanding your own professional and inner capacities
Excellent English skills (required)
Ability to communicate human to human beyond roles masks or projections
A genuine interest in integrating spiritual awareness with professional growth and fulfillment
Alignment with a team culture grounded in self-awareness rather than posturing
