Job Summary
Title: SAP SAC Architect
Location: Austin TX
Role Overview:
Expert in SAP Analytics Cloud SAC Planning responsible for building advanced planning data models calculations allocations and supporting labor planning transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop SAC planning models for labor cost headcount and compensation.
- Build complex calculations allocations and simulation scenarios e.g. inflation merit increases.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (SuccessFactors HR Portal Excel etc.).
- Enable flexible user input grouping and custom reporting layouts.
- Support process improvements and adoption of SAC best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure security access control and data refresh capabilities.
Required SkillsExperience:
- 5 years in SAC Planning with proven track record of successful implementations.
- Expertise in building planning data models calculations and allocations.
- Experience with integration of HR and financial data sources.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with SAC security access control and reporting features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
