Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM Solution Architect to lead strategy governance and execution of the CMDB and ITOM program. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Discovery CMDB optimization CSDM alignment and ITAM integration along with strong communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities -
Oversee daily CMDB governance and operational execution across the ServiceNow platform.

Define and implement strategies to optimize CMDB processes data quality and architecture.

Lead ServiceNow Discovery implementation and expand CMDB capabilities to include Service Mapping CSDM and ITAM.

Establish CMDB policies standards data models and RACI structures.

Monitor and guide Managed Services Providers to ensure data accuracy compliance and performance.

Build roadmaps create documentation and provide thought leadership to executives and technical teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align CMDB and ITOM capabilities with business objectives.

Support project planning risk management and delivery oversight.
Required Qualifications -
12 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM architecture and governance.

Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

Certification in ITOM Visibility or equivalent ServiceNow certifications.

Proven experience in data quality CMDB standards and configuration item lifecycle management.

Strong communication and leadership skills with experience advising senior leadership and managing stakeholders.

Experience working with MSPs or vendor-managed support teams.
Preferred Skills -
Experience with CSDM and ITAM deployment strategies.

Experience establishing CMDB maturity models and roadmap progression.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise IT operations.

Strong project management and planning skills.
