Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Warehouse Associate to work onsite with our client a global leader in consumer products and manufacturing. This is a full-time contract role with the possibility to extend based on performance and business needs. As a Tekberry W2 employee you will have access to health benefits including dental and vision.
Responsibilities: Load and unload raw materials and finished goods including trucks and railcars; transport materials between warehouse and production areas.
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts pallet jacks palletizers) following all training and safety procedures.
Perform physical inventory counts cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and WMS.
Pick pack wrap and stage orders for shipment; ensure accuracy and compliance with Clorox shipping standards.
Organize and store inventory in designated areas; maintain clean and safe workspaces according to housekeeping and 5S standards.
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to record product movement and update data accurately.
Follow all OSHA DOT and Clorox safety protocols; complete equipment inspections and maintain required PPE.
Assist with documentation reporting and data entry to support warehouse operations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and warehouse KPIs.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Must-Have Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior warehouse distribution or manufacturing experience required.
Ability to operate or willingness to learn forklift and warehouse equipment (training may be provided).
Strong attention to detail with ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners/WMS.
Excellent teamwork communication and reliability.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts weekends and overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: Valid forklift certification.
Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements and warehouse best practices.
Experience using warehouse management software and RF scanning devices.
