Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. As a crucial part of our logistics operation you will be responsible for the efficient receipt storage and distribution of goods within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting demonstrate strong attention to detail and possess a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Assist in inventory control and stock management
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
