Job Summary

Job Title: Operations Manager Childrens Residential
Location: Preston & North West
Salary: 60000 per annum 5000 Welcome Bonus Company Car or 330 monthly Car Allowance
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Service: Childrens Homes
Service Users: YPs with SEMH Autism Learning Disabilities Physical Disabilities Complex Needs Trauma and ACEs
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Care Services
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 5 years in childrens residential care at management level
Employment Type: Permanent

  • Number of homes under your supervision: 10 to 12
  • Multiple homes across the North West
  • Location: Preston and the surrounding North West region
  • Type of YPs: SEMH Autism LD Trauma Neglect Complex Needs
  • Ofsted Rating: Good to Outstanding homes under current group
  • Ratio of staff to children: Med to High staff-to-child ratio tailored to individual needs

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple childrens homes across Preston and the North West. Youll be a confident leader able to inspire Home Managers and their teams to deliver consistent high-quality care that meets and exceeds Ofsted standards. If you are an experienced multi-site manager or an exceptional Registered Manager ready for the next step this could be the opportunity for you.
