Join a leading aquaculture health business and take a pivotal role across the EURAM AQUA region. As the Pharma & Welfare Key Account Manager youll drive growth for a portfolio of pharmaceutical and welfare solutionsfocused on Norway Iceland and the Faroe Islandsby building highimpact partnerships developing new opportunities and acting as the trusted product expert for customers in established and emerging aquaculture markets.

Youll spend approximately 50% of your time in the field engaging directly with customers and industry stakeholders implementing key account plans and representing the company at major sector events. You will work closely with Technical Services to educate customer teams create demand and ensure the successful adoption of aquaculture health solutions at the enduser level. This is a highly visible customercentric position with real ownership and influence over regional strategy.

What Youll Do:

  • Own sales performance and KPI delivery including management of customer AQUIS treatments
  • Implement key account management processes for selected strategic accounts
  • Build strong relationships with Key Accounts Key Opinion Leaders trade bodies and producer organizations through regular onsite engagement
  • Serve as the goto product expert for the pharmaceutical and welfare portfolio handling inquiries and guiding optimal use
  • Represent the company at key industry seminars and events across the region
  • Collaborate closely with technical marketing supply chain and global teams to align execution and drive outcomes
  • Execute marketing campaigns at customer level as directed by marketing leadership
  • Contribute to aquaculture business strategy programs and forward planning
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform marketing plans and tactical execution
  • Provide onsite supervision and guidance for pharmaceutical and welfare solutions
  • Discover assess and shape new business opportunities in emerging aquaculture markets
  • Fully implement MAXX within account and territory management processes

What Youll Bring:

  • Veterinary or life sciences degree
  • 5 years experience delivering aquaculture health solutions
  • Deep understanding of the European aquaculture industry markets and trends
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ownership of detailed business plans
  • Strong track record in sales and key account management
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing market environment
  • Proven success working crossfunctionally in a matrixed organization
  • Strategic business planning capability and project management experience
  • Resilience under pressure and consistent ontime delivery
  • Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders without direct line authority
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English and Norwegian
