Youllbe part of the broader Data & Analytics team combined of Data Platform AI and Software responsible forbuilding Novo Holdings entire data landscape andtailored software and AI products to provide ourorganisationwith a differentiated view across sourcing due diligence and portfolio management - as well asthe single trusted entry point to all of Novo Holdings digital internally developed AIcapabilitiesreporting solutions external vendor systems and data sources intoonegoverned high-performance platform.

About the role

We are seeking anadditionalAI & Software Engineer to further expand our team. Youwill join our product team that is building a market intelligence platform aimingto transformhow our investment teams make decisions. As part of our close-knit multi-disciplinary teamyoullcreate systems that matterand convert unstructured information into actionable insights. It is a hands-on role that blends technical depth with stakeholder collaboration and delivery ownership.

The Job

Your key responsibilitiesare:

• Expand our existingproduct portfolio of AI enhanced applicationsand tools

• Shapearchitecturaldecisions that balance todays needswithtomorrows growth

• Take part in the functional responsibility forideation development operationsand maintenance of tools and applications

• Bridge the gap between existing andnew technologies

• Support the development of a New Tech Strategy

• Collaborate with the different lines of business across our global offices to uncover potentialprocesses and use-cases

Professional Qualifications

We expect that you have7 years of experience in the field ofSoftware Engineering Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence witha MSc or PhDinEngineeringMathematics Computer Science or imagine that you have driven a similar effort in another organisation andarewell equipped in productionisingapplications andunderstanding the benefits andlimitations ofNew AI in multi-stage an international environment or private andfinancialorganisations is nota mustbut aplus.

Inadditionyou are comfortableand familiar with:

• Building on andmaintainingproduction codebasesin a mono-repo architecture

• Designing fault-tolerant data ingestion and processing pipelines

• Azure cloud ecosystem

• Linux (Ubuntu) as the primary developmentenvironment

• Terraform forCI/CD andIaCprovisioning

• Pythonfor the backend and Tailwind for the frontend

• Containerised backend services using Docker

• Hands-on experience building and integrating generative AI solutions using both managed services ( AI)and open-source models(e.g. Hugging Face)
