About the role:

You will be part of the Analytics & Insights product teama cross-functional group of data engineers analysts designers and software engineers dedicated to turning product data into clear actionable intelligence that guides strategic decisions. Day to day youll partner with Engineering to keep our data pipelines and models robust collaborate with Product Managers to design meaningful telemetry and experiments and provide timely analyses to colleagues in Sales Customer Success and Strategy so they can better serve our customers.

The deliverables you createdashboards self-service reports and concise narrative analyseswill inform decisions across the company influencing both product direction and commercial conversations. Your success will rest on upholding data quality championing best-practice analytics and keeping a diverse set of stakeholders aligned on common goals. What we expect from you:

Were looking for a (senior) analytics engineer who brings curiosity a sharp eye for detail and a product-focused mindset to help us unlock insights and guide data-informed decisions. You thrive on experimenting with new approaches amplifying your output with AI tools and are always eager to understand the why behind the data.

You have a strong analytical foundation and a track record of turning complex data into actionable recommendations that influence outcomes and drive product thinking. Your communication skills help translate complex findings into clear actionable narratives for diverse audiences.

Key requirements:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field with proven expertise in writing complex SQL and working with large datasets.
• Youre comfortable using statistical programming languages such as R or Python and are familiar with modern data transformation tools like dbt.
• You have hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI Tableau or Looker and are confident in presenting insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Your strong communication skills help you translate data into narratives that drive product thinking and decision-making.
• Youre structured in your approach proactive in identifying opportunities for impact and thrive in cross-functional environments where collaboration is key.
• It would be an advantage if you have a background in statistics and machine learning.
• Technical requirements: SQL Python/R data visualization and data transformation tools (e.g. dbt Power BI Tableau Looker)
