Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM-7:00 PM/Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $28.50$44.03 DOE and licensure

What Youll Do as a Therapist

• Provide individual and family therapy to clients enrolled at Eagle Mountain Family Clinic.
• Conduct clinical assessments develop treatment plans and document services in alignment with WBH standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support client progress.
• Maintain a manageable caseload that allows for meaningful effective therapeutic work.
• Participate in team meetings case consultations and ongoing trainings to support best practices.
• Foster a calm client-centered environment that supports safety trust and positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Utah licensure as CSW ACMHC AMFT LCSW CMHC or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
• Solid skills in clinical assessment treatment planning and providing therapy.
• Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
• Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check.
