8 years of total IT experience with 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow HRSD.
Strong knowledge of:
HR Case Management
Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
HR Knowledge Management
HR Catalog & HR Services
Lifecycle Events (LE)
HR Document Management
COE configuration
Hands-on with flows business rules notifications scripts ACLs.
Experience with IntegrationHub REST/SOAP integration and MID-server.
Strong understanding of HR processes HR data models and global HR operations.
Good exposure to platform administration update sets data migration and ATF.
Familiar with Agile methodology and DevOps (Git CICD pipelines optional).
