Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients.
Contract Type: B2B
Remuneration: Up to 210 PLN/hour (Net VAT)
Work Mode: Hybrid (Warsaw Office based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Model and document value chains business processes roles capabilities and data.
- Elicit analyze and maintain business needs requirements and user stories.
- Transfer business user and technical needs into formal business requirement specifications.
- Contribute to systems design testing quality assurance and change management.
- Design validate and test business processes to achieve continuous process excellence.
- Collaborate with process owners to identify and implement opportunities for service improvement efficiency and effectiveness gains.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of IT relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile or at a similar position.
- Certifications: At least 2 certifications from the following: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent. Certified UML Professional certificate (foundation level) or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent.
- Language: Minimum English language skills at CEFR C1 level.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience having gone through at least one complete software solution lifecycle.
- Proficiency in business process modelling using BPMN notation.
- Expertise in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
- Familiarity with analysis/modelling notations like UML (e.g. capability diagram activity diagram state diagram logical data model).
- Proficiency in modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect Aris Architect or equivalents.
- Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.
Specific Advantageous Experience:
- Knowledge or experience from projects in the area of authentic and false identity and travel documents.
- Knowledge or experience from projects related to systems processing large numbers of images.
