Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidates will be fluent in English (reading writing and speaking) and excel at providing exceptional service via email and phone. Our team works collaboratively to manage customer inquiries schedule calls confirm pickup times and handle client communications efficiently. You will be the voice of our company helping resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle inbound calls initially answered by AI and return calls to ensure client satisfaction.
- Schedule quality assurance calls and obtain signed bills of lading from clients.
- Conduct confirmation calls for pickup times based on driver updates.
- Monitor AI-handled emails and respond to client communications as needed.
- Listen to customer complaints attentively identify the root cause and provide solutions that satisfy clients while minimizing company costs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and high service standards.
Requirements
Fluent in English (reading writing and speaking).
Strong phone and email communication skills.
Empathetic patient and capable of managing challenging client interactions.
Ability to listen carefully and resolve issues effectively with minimal cost impact.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in customer service call centers or administrative roles is preferred.
Comfortable working in a team-oriented fast-paced environment.
