The Opportunity

As part of the RCMS team you will supervise a team of AR callers providing guidance support and mentorship to achieve departmental goals. As a Senior Associate you will conduct regular team meetings one-on-one sessions and performance evaluations to drive accountability and continuous improvement. This role allows you to foster a positive and collaborative work environment while overseeing the accounts receivable process and enhancing team performance.

Responsibilities

- Supervise a team of accounts receivable callers to achieve departmental objectives

- Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance team performance

- Conduct regular meetings and one-on-one sessions to drive accountability

- Evaluate team performance and implement continuous improvement strategies

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

- Oversee the accounts receivable process to maintain efficiency

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 4 to 8 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
