Responsibilities:
- Lead the design implementation and continuous improvement of HR compliance processes across all operational units.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management including recruitment onboarding performance management transfers and offboarding.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws statutory regulations and internal policies across all sites and departments.
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to mitigate compliance risks and maintain audit readiness.
- Develop and maintain HR documentation records and digital systems to support transparency and efficiency.
- Serve as a key point of contact for industrial relations matters including coordination with trade unions and labor authorities.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and drive corrective actions to maintain high standards.
- Provide strategic insights and reporting on HR compliance metrics and workforce trends.
