About the Role

Own and drive the end-to-end renewal process from customer outreach and negotiation through final confirmation. You will partner closely with Customer Success Sales and Finance to retain contracts maximize ARR and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring predictable renewals strong customer relationships and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the renewal lifecycle end-to-end including outreach negotiation and contract confirmation
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success Sales Finance and Legal to retain customers and support account growth
  • Negotiate renewal terms that align customer needs with company objectives
  • Maintain an accurate rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Proactively identify expansion signals and generate upsell cross-sell and add-on opportunities
  • Improve and evolve the renewals playbook to maximize retention and ARR
  • Manage and resolve escalations related to contracts pricing and negotiations
  • Identify process gaps and drive efficiency improvements

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a client-facing role preferably within SaaS
  • Strong communication collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Committed perspective with a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Proven negotiation presentation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated proactive and a strong great teammate

Nice to Have

  • Proven experience owning the renewal process end-to-end
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Finance Legal and Customer Success
  • Experience managing rolling renewal forecasts by segment or territory
  • Track record of identifying and accomplishing expansion opportunities
  • Experience handling complex contract negotiations and blocking issues
  • Empathetic customer-focused approach with a creative problem-solving attitude
