What You Will Do
As a 3P E-commerce Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing the commercial and online trade strategy for the 3P channel. This will be achieved through engagement with key customers and strengthening the Colgate-Palmolive brand presence via the Joint Business Plan (JBP) process.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the commercial and trade strategy for 3P through a joint planning process (JBP) aligned with the eRM Manager and focused on:
- Leading and managing initiatives providing strategic direction opportunities and insights.
- Managing the planning and execution of promotional and visibility activities (Online Trade).
- Managing execution using the 6Ps A framework.
- Monitoring overall performance (sales share) ensuring the execution of promotional/media activities and tracking e-commerce KPIs (e.g. ROAS conversion rate CTR).
- Tracking the performance of the JBP plan.
- Guaranteeing excellent basic execution with clients focusing on the Power Portfolio & Hero SKUs.
- Leading the execution of product launches and campaigns in the channel aligned with the strategic guidelines defined by eRM.
- Managing and negotiating commercial contracts with clients.
- Ensuring the execution of joint activities with the Digital Marketing team.
- Ensuring on/off alignment being responsible for close relationships with clients and B&M teams (SDM/SDM).
- Identifying and developing business opportunities with new potential clients in the market.
- Identifying/negotiating opportunities outside the plan aligned with the companys strategic focus.
- Developing a training calendar for the sales team (focus: e-commerce practical guide).
What You Need to Have (Mandatory Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree completed.
- Intermediate English.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Proven experience in E-commerce (B2B or B2C Marketplaces commercial dynamics knowledge of online media and performance).
What Will Be a Plus (Desirable Qualifications)
- Experience with e-commerce and/or digital marketing.
- Previous experience in Last Mile companies.
- International business experience.
