F&B Breakfast Supervisor Job Summary:

• Lead the Atria Breakfast morning service ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience.
• Craft high-quality barista beverages and oversee coffee service standards.
• Create memorable breakfast moments through personalized anticipatory service.
• Motivate support and guide the Ladies and Gentlemen on the morning team.
• Understand guest preferences and deliver consistent service excellence.
• Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked breakfast outlet at all times.
• Supervise food beverage and barista operations including setup and opening tasks.
• Build strong relationships with new and returning guests to encourage future visits.
• Ensure operational efficiency and uphold The Ritz-Carlton service philosophy.
• Plan and execute team-building activities that develop and engage our Ladies and Gentlemen.

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA
• Morning availability (5:30 am - 3 pm)
• Relevant experience for the applied role
• Working rights in Australia
