Job Summary
Were hiring individuals who want to help families make informed decisions about financial protection. This remote commission-only role offers mentorship warm leads and a flexible schedule. Youll walk clients through simple conversations identify needs and guide them through applications.
Responsibilities
Manage warm lead flow
Conduct needs assessments by Zoom/phone
Present protection solutions
Submit and track applications
Maintain clear communication
Requirements
State license (or willing to obtain)

Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen. Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated disciplined and coachable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required (training is provided).
