Lead nPlans Product Engineering team guiding engineers from Frontend to Infrastructure to ensure continuous growth in capabilities. Mentor senior engineers unblock complex technical challenges and set ambitious objectives to push the department forward. What you will do:

Lead and mentor a team of 10 engineers across multiple disciplines fostering growth and ensuring high performance.
Drive the scaling of teams systems and processes preparing the department for Series C growth and beyond.
Govern technical debt while maintaining rapid software delivery and contributing to requirements-driven architecture in the cloud.

The ideal candidate:

Proven track record managing 10 engineers (ideally across multiple disciplines) in a high-growth product-centric environment.
Experience scaling teams systems and processes towards Series C focusing on building sustainable practices.
Background in requirements-driven architecture and cloud systems design adept at balancing technical debt with delivery pace.
