Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining customer relationships by helping the team ensure software solutions align with client needs
- Support the analysis of large datasets to help identify business insights and growth opportunities
- Contribute to cross-functional projects by providing data-driven support to solve strategic customer challenges
- Help develop strategic initiatives by tracking data trends and drafting components of structured recommendations
- Prepare data visualizations and synthesize findings to assist in presenting insights to executive stakeholders
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelors or masters degree in business economics data science or a related field from a top university
- Previous internship experience in consulting B2B companies startups or tech firms
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Analytical mindset and an interest in understanding business challenges
- Driven by the opportunity to grow your career while contributing to STRATOS success and helping the company reach its full potential
- Fluent in English and German
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of Python or SQL
- Experience with B2B digital transformation data integration and IT systems (ERP CRM Pricing OKR tools etc.)
