Join Raft a dynamic enterprise AI company as a US Customs AI Specialist. Youll design and refine prompt systems that translate complex customs rules and workflows into structured instructions ensuring AI models produce consistent compliant outputs. Leverage your licensed expertise to anchor all prompt logic in U.S. customs regulations driving innovation in international logistics.

What you will do:

Design maintain and refine prompt systems that support customs-related reasoning ensuring AI models produce consistent compliant outputs.
Encode U.S. customs procedures into clear reusable prompt frameworks that ground model behaviour in compliant interpretations of regulations.
Audit outputs for compliance risk internal consistency and alignment with brokerage standards building guardrails against misinterpretation.

The ideal candidate:

Holds an active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker credential with strong operational knowledge of U.S. customs processes.
Brings several years of experience in U.S. customs brokerage trade compliance or import operations.
Understands prompt engineering principles LLM prompt design and how to translate regulatory logic into unambiguous prompt structures.
