About the role

Were seeking a proactive Project Support Officer to join our team at our Pakenham depot to deliver high-quality administrative and operational support across projects.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys problem-solving and can manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company processes.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Provide project support including creation of files handover documentation and invoicing
  • Manage correspondence with internal teams subcontractors and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records such as asset registers tool lists and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate meetings travel arrangements and assist with guest inductions
  • Deliver specialist administration tasks and support team members as required
  • Assist with SAP processes including purchase orders goods receipting and month end data
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

About You

The successful applicant will have previous experience in an administration or project support role demonstrate a friendly and professional manner be highly organised and detail-oriented and feel confident using technology to streamline processes.

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel essential)
  • Experience with SAP highly regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
