- Perform high-quality transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and related cardiac imaging studies including Doppler and color-flow assessments to provide comprehensive data for physician interpretation.
- Prepare patients explain procedures acquire optimal imaging windows optimize gain depth and transducer positioning and ensure consistent image quality across diverse body types and clinical scenarios.
- Assist with stress echo protocols as needed and support any additional cardiac imaging modalities under the supervision of the radiology and cardiology teams.
- Ensure accurate labeling documentation and secure storage of images with meticulous adherence to protocol patient safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists technologists nurses and technologists from other specialties to coordinate care and improve throughput patient experience and diagnostic accuracy.
