Job Summary

Shop Foreman

5 years of experience working with structural steel or metals fabrication
Experience managing a team
Responsible for hiring training preparing work schedules etc.
Monitor labor hours to ensure projects are completed in the hours estimated
Coordinate shop schedule
Experience with AISC standards
