Job Overview:

Were seeking a caring and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience supporting patients with personal care needs and daily living activities while ensuring safety and comfort at every visit.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance such as bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
Assist patients with mobility transfers and safe ambulation.
Support with meal preparation light housekeeping and errands as needed.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurse.
Maintain accurate visit documentation and follow care plan instructions.
Deliver compassionate professional care while respecting patient dignity and privacy.

Qualifications:

Active Home Health Aide CNA or equivalent certification (depending on state requirements).
At least 1 year of experience in home health caregiving or a related field preferred.
Reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Must pass background screening and provide updated immunizations/CPR.
