Information about Home-Therapies (Peritoneal Dialysis)
Home as one of Care Enablements three therapy verticals focused on providing patients with flexible dialysis options they can perform at homeincluding home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The mission is to improve patient autonomy quality of life and clinical outcomes through innovative products services and support.
The team works cross-functionally across R&D Manufacturing Supply Chain Quality Regulatory and Commercial functions to deliver personalized home therapy solutions and expand access to care beyond traditional clinical settings. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!
Role Summary
As a Business Executive your role will focus to promote and sell medical equipment consumable products to government private hospitals able to develop long term business relationship with existing and potential clients.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining a good & healthy business relationship with clientele all times and provide a professional & well-mannered service to the Companys customers.
Your Responsibilities:
Own territory and account strategy to deliver service excellence across hospitals PD units and wards.
Drive sales of medical equipment and consumables across government private and NGO sectors building long-term partnerships.
Coordinate and manage patient funding applications to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Review territory and business performance analyse results and implement targeted action plans to achieve sales objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities customers and market segments to grow revenue and account penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Gather and report market intelligence including competitor activity pricing trends and customer insights.
Manage operational and administrative requirements including inventory coordination CRM/database updates and cross-territory support.
Your Profile:
At least a Bachelors degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree Business Marketing Medical Science Nursing and Pharmacy/Pharmacology Biotechnology or equivalent.
13 years of experience in medical devices healthcare pharmaceutical or consumables sales (fresh graduates with relevant exposure may be considered).
Experience engaging with hospitals PD units wards or healthcare institutions is preferred.
Exposure to government private and NGO healthcare accounts will be an advantage.
Strong territory and account management capabilities with a structured and disciplined approach to execution.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Good communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-driven with a strong performance mindset motivated by targets and success in a fast-paced field environment.
