Job Description

At Tekion were building the only cloud-native platform that is transforming the automotive retail industry leapfrogging it into the future and providing unparalleled customer experience. Were creating seamlessly integrated elegant and intuitive solutions built with cutting edge technology and powered by Big Data Machine Learning (ML)/ AI and Internet of Things (Connected vehicle to connected devices). The role is comprised of implementation duties surrounding physical and cloud technology at new dealer partners. This requires an in-depth understanding of both on-premise hardware and cloud technologies to ensure end-to-end functionality and reliability both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy both on-premise and cloud infrastructure for dealer partner technology implementations
Scope procure and facilitate installation of devices physically in each dealership
Test and validate installations for proper functionality prior to training and go-live
Work cross-functionally internally and externally to drive initiatives to completion
Manage multiple external vendors and stakeholders to complete each implementations requirements within required timelines
Simultaneously manage 10 projects per month
Facilitate key stakeholders during the implementation life cycle to successfully deploy our DMS

Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them effectively and efficiently

Skills and Experience

3 years of DMS technology experience or field systems experience in the technology industry
Strong customer interfacing skills
Strong understanding of hybrid - cloud technologies and architecture
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki and other cloud - managed network architectures
Experience with Windows Server Linux and/or other server architectures
Experience with IoT devices digital display technologies network infrastructure print and scan management technologies and solutions and mobile device management
Proven experience implementing technology in distributed remote locations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills interacting with all levels of stakeholders
Established ability to articulate technical jargon into consumable levels of understanding for adult learners
Proven ability to take customer suggestions or insights and translate them into technical deliverables
Travel 0% this will be a fully remote role

Role will be required to work US hours to support implementations remotely.

Preferred Skills

2 years in Project Management or Project Lead role is preferred
CCNA or ECMS certification is a plus
Experience working in an early - stage startup environment is a plus
