Are you a seasoned conveyancing professional looking for a senior role with real influence Our client a highly regarded law firm in Gravesend is seeking a Senior Conveyancer to manage complex high-value matters and provide mentorship within a dynamic supportive team.

The Opportunity

Location: Gravesend Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)
Salary: per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex and high-value residential conveyancing matters
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Liaise with clients agents lenders and other solicitors
• Draft review and negotiate contracts transfer deeds and associated documents
• Conduct detailed title checks searches and due diligence
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

What Were Looking For

• 6 years experiencein residential conveyancing (PQE or equivalent)
• Extensive UK private practice experience
• Expert technical knowledgeof property law and conveyancing procedures
• Proven ability to manage complex and high-value transactions
• Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
• Track record of client care and business development
• Relevant legal qualification(Solicitor Legal Executive Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent)
