As a painter in CUF you are responsible for keeping the paint area clean and free of hazards. You are also responsible for preparing materials for painting. This will include picking up materials and using an RF scanner.

This position is in Richmond VA.

The schedule is Monday Friday 6am 2:30pm and weekend as needed.

Salary - $23.50 hourly

Job Description:

Demonstrate proper use and wearing of PPE (Safety Glasses Steel Toe Shoes and other specific equipment)
Receive daily assignments from the Team lead and Team Manager.
Be able to pass a crane and fork truck test.
Be able to understand documentation pertaining to paint.
Be able to follow instructions for custom and standard paint jobs
Able to lift 40 lbs.
Work within the 5s environment.
Maintain tools
Be able to adapt to changing situations.
Get to work on Time.
Conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Produce quality work.
Participate in team discussions.
Perform task without supervision.
Able to operate plural mixer along with paint pot.
Willing to assist others.
Have industrial painting experience.
Operate sand blasting equipment.
