Job Description:

Sir Paints a Lot is seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Painter to join our team on various residential painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch results. As an Experienced Painter you will be responsible for executing high-quality painting work maintaining a safe and productive work environment and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by washing scraping sanding and applying primer.
Apply paint varnish and other finishes using brushes rollers and spray equipment.
Ensure all painting work meets quality standards and client specifications.
Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed to maintain a flawless finish.
Maintain clear and open communication with clients project managers and team members.
Manage and care for painting equipment and materials.
Uphold safety standards and protocols to create a safe working environment.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the painting process.
Conduct final inspections and touch-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a professional painter in the residential painting industry.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques materials and safety regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions on the fly.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential painting.
