Job Summary
- Position Summary
- Multiple temporary hourly-intermittent Student Assistant positions available in Biological Sciences.
- Start Date
- Position available on or after December 8 2025 and ending on or before May 31 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget department needs and job performance.
- Job Description/Duties
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsibly drive students to field trip destinations.
- Be conscientious and concerned for the safety of the students which are being transported.
- Complete and pass a two-hour online Defensive Driving course.
Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates the ability to be responsible and mature individual.
- It is preferred but not required that the incumbent be working towards a Biological Sciences degree.
Required Qualifications:- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid California Drivers License.
- Must show proof of a good driving record.
- Must have passed online Defensive Driving Course.
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
- Salary Range
- $16.50 per hour
