We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with experience at high-growth companies to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the design of our Salesforce architecture and strategy building new features and supporting our existing and rapidly growing user base.
The Senior Salesforce Administrator assists all teams across the organization with their Salesforce needs (Admissions Clinical Outreach Patient Finance Compliance etc.). Specifically they ensure system integrity and efficiency build the CRM infrastructure for Charlie Health develop reporting to drive insights across the business and create processes and onboarding documentation for users.
What sets this role apart from the non-senior role is an in-depth and full understanding of how to leverage Salesforce for complex business logic (ex: heavy focus on writing and maintaining performative flows). The Senior Administrator is also directly responsible for mentoring and growing the skillsets of the junior admins on the team with a focus on both hard technical skills and soft stakeholder/change management skills.

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $120000 and $160000 per year at the commencement of employment. However base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further base pay is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may also include incentive compensation discretionary bonuses other short and long-term incentive packages and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-REMOTE
