- OperatingnewinternalcontrolsandworkingwithAMLsystemsandprocessestomitigaterisk
- MaintainClientEngagementandFinancialSecuritycontrolframeworkthroughouttheAmericasCIBplatformincompliancewithlocalandcompany-establishedregulations
- TrackkeyDueDiligencepolicymetricstoconfirmtheeffectivenessoftheestablishedprocessesandcontrols
- Supportauditrequestsbypullingdocumentationandotherinformationasrequiredwhileundertightdeadlines
- ValidateRegulatoryRequirementsarecapturedaccurately(FINCENCDD17A-5TransactionProfile)
- ReviewcontrolreportsfordiscrepanciesnotifytheDueDiligenceteaminAMERforremediationandprovideresultstomanagement.

- BachelorsdegreeinFinanceEconomicsorotherrelatedfieldofstudy
- 1to3yearsofexperienceinKYC/QualityControlDueDiligenceClientOnboardingComplianceorasimilarfield
- UnderstandingofrelevantAML/KYCdocumentationrequirementsbankpoliciesandregulatoryrequirements
- KnowledgeofrequirementapplicabletoKYCincludingTheUSAPATRIOTACTOFACandFinCENregulations
- Haveacontrolmindsetdetailedorientatedandadesiretotakeownershipofobjectivesanddriveresults
- ProficientinMSOffice(WordExcelPowerPoint)
- VBAandPowerBIastrongplus.
GiventhevastmajorityofourclientsbothinternalandexternalarebasedoutsideofQuebecandCanadaspecificlanguagerequirementsmayapply.KnowledgeofEnglishisrequired.FrenchandSpanishareaplus.
