We are looking for a natural leader with high energy and a positive approach to achieving success.
Youll work closely with your team who provide exceptional customer service and help drive our bearing/ power transmission business forward!
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with regional and state objectives.
- Manage financial performance including P&L cost control and inventory.
- Ensure excellent customer service and swift resolution of customer inquiries.
- Champion workplace safety compliance and team wellbeing.
- Coordinate staff training recruitment payroll and HR activities in partnership with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate reporting and communication with senior management
Who are you
- Proven track record in sales branch management or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Current and valid Australian drivers license.
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- Experience or knowledge with Industrial/ bearing or power tranmission products is advantageous.
