The pay rate for this full time position is $16/hour plus benefits.

How Youll Shine:
The Guest Satisfaction Coordinator serves as the central communication and coordination hub for all guest-related service requests and internal department needs. This role is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by responding to guest inquiries (via internal/external calls text messages etc.) ensuring all requests are fulfilled by the appropriate departments while following Operation Compliance standards and proactively following up to confirm satisfaction. The coordinator also plays a key role in daily operational readiness by communicating the plans for the day including team assignments suite status updates and the expediting of urgent matters across departments.

What Youll Bring:

• Basic office duties.

• Basic PC skills required.

• Communication skills.

• Multi phone line system experience.

• Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
