About the Role

We are seeking a Landscape Designer to join our Design Team. This role is responsible for the first step in our design workflow: accurately drawing and locating homes using satellite imagery and ArcSite. Your work creates the base plan that drives all subsequent phases of landscape and 3D design ensuring clarity precision and efficiency across projects.

What Youll Do

• Use ArcSite and satellite imagery to accurately locate and draw residential properties.

• Produce clean precise layout plans for Phase 2 and Phase 3 designers.

• Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to ensure drawings match client property conditions.

• Maintain accuracy in site measurements and provide clear annotations.

• Submit completed drawings following Haven Hub workflow standards.

• Communicate with project managers and design team members to resolve site data ambiguities.

What Were Looking For

Required:

• Degree or technical background in Landscape Design Architecture or related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or ArcSite.

• Strong spatial awareness and ability to interpret satellite imagery.

• Basic knowledge of landscape design principles.

• Attention to detail and precision under deadlines.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in residential landscape design.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Access to a computer and iPad for daily design work.
