About the role

You are passionate about creating engaging and effectiveeLearning courses and programs for a high velocity dynamic software company. You are technically adept you have business acumen and you can simplify the complex. The role of Instructional Designer atDiligentwillbe responsible forcreating engaging eLearning courses and other learning content (conference sessions training blogs webinars) that enable ourclients partners and staffto effectively use our platform to drive professional success.

KeyResponsibilities

• Collaboratewith subject matter experts toidentifytargetaudiencestrainingneeds.
• Design and develop instructional materials including e-learning modules instructor-led training and blended learningsolutions.
• Employ a variety of mediums (video engagement activities scenarios storytelling etc.) todesign and develop instructional materials thatmaximizeengagement.
• Analyzeclientpersonas toensurecontentrelates toclientsuse casesandworkflows.
• Utilize style guides best practices and user feedback to createbest-in-classcontentthatprovidesthe bestclientlearningexperience.
• Develop and manage project timelinesmilestones and deliverables to ensure instructional design projects are completed ontime.
• Work closely with subject matter expertsand businessstakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and ensure alignment with projectgoals.
• Maintain existing courses to ensure they are up to dateand reflect userfeedback.
• Engage with learners through email blogs forums and usergroups.
• Incorporatethe use of AI tools to enhance and speed upcontentdevelopment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promoteClientTrainingcontent.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design andtechnology.

Whatwere looking for

• Previousworking experience inInstructionalDesign for 2 years.
• Experience or education in any of the following fields is preferred: Instructional Design Topic-Based Authoring Technical Writing Computer Science Education.
• Familiaritywith technologies for course authoring audio editing and video production (e.g. Articulate Rise Camtasia Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with microlearning content development (e-learning blogs job aids podcasts infographics) and AI tools.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meetdeadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working with distributed crossfunctional teams and a variety ofstakeholders.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools processes and domainsquickly.
• Knowledge ofadultlearningprinciples and instructional design models.
