This role is all about attracting and retaining top talent delivering engaging onboarding building capability through learning programs and fostering a high-performance culture.
What Youll Do
- Supporting recruitment and workforce planning with hiring managers.
- Design & Deliver onboarding programs that accelerate productivity.
- Implement performance frameworks and track KPIs.
- Deliver training and career development pathways.
- Champion culture engagement and change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with licensing WHS and risk standards.
- Partner with corporate HR team on deploying key HR programs.
- Identify growth opportunities nationally.
Qualifications :
- Experienced in HR talent management or organisational development.
- Skilled in performance management and learning design.
- Strong communicator and coach with a passion for culture and engagement.
