Job Summary
Were looking for a Human Resource Manager to drive talent culture and performance across our Real Estate Management Services business nationally. This role is all about attracting and retaining top talent delivering engaging onboarding building capability through learning programs and fostering a high-performance culture.
What Youll Do
- Supporting recruitment and workforce planning with hiring managers.
- Design & Deliver onboarding programs that accelerate productivity.
- Implement performance frameworks and track KPIs.
- Deliver training and career development pathways.
- Champion culture engagement and change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with licensing WHS and risk standards.
- Partner with corporate HR team on deploying key HR programs.
- Identify growth opportunities nationally.
Qualifications :
- Experienced in HR talent management or organisational development.
- Skilled in performance management and learning design.
- Strong communicator and coach with a passion for culture and engagement.
